Ms. Bowen is patient and understanding with Veteran patients as she telephonically assists them. She was able to calm down a Veteran who was upset and feeling disappointed. Ms. Bowen took the time to listen to the Veteran and provide the necessary services that were needed at that time. The Veteran was pleased with the service Ms. Bowen provided and felt like she cared that he was satisfied.
