Karin repeatedly goes above and beyond for all her patients. Behavioral Health can be a hard field to manage as a nurse, especially when most of your patients don't want to be there or accept the care given. Karin goes out of her way to make sure that everyone is reminded that they are people, not their diagnoses and that they are all important and cared for. She's always willing to take time to talk or even do something small to make you smile.
