Cheryl is a very professional person; she always makes me feel at ease when I come in for my infusions. This time, when I came in, she took the time to check, and it turned out I needed a bunch of labs; she took care of it with no problem. She started my infusion and I asked her about a procedure I needed, she went and asked the doctor and came back, no problem she scheduled the procedure for me. She went over and helped the nurse next door when they called for help, with no problem. As my infusion finished up, she told me she had put in the order for my prescription for the procedure she just scheduled. She took the time to show me the new system for getting logged into the pharmacy and getting my order started so it would be ready and I wouldn't have to wait in line for a long time. Today Cheryl did so much stuff to take care of me in a short period of time, it would have taken me half a day or more to go around the hospital and do all this stuff myself. She did all this and was professional and friendly the whole time. She's a great nurse, and I'm glad she's mine.
