First off, he was my nurse in triage, treated me like someone who has a serious issue, and someone who genuinely cared about me. I didn't feel like I had to "prove" I was sick or "fight" to get seen! He is truly a professional. Even though I had multiple nurses, he was always the one who went beyond.
