I have worked on this unit as a travel RN for almost two years now. DeVelle works tirelessly to support both the patients and the staff on the unit. She often stays late to work 16 hours so that we can have morning breaks during the day shift. She always rises to the occasion to help with any patient needs and selflessly supports every one of us. This morning, we were severely short-staffed and DeVelle stayed over and took four patients to CT scan for us. FOUR!!! We would not have been able to safely complete those scans for the patients without her offering to do this. DeVelle is an incredible nurse and a great leader. I am very grateful to work with her each and every time I get to. I am proud to nominate her for her tireless efforts. She is a true DAISY Nurse.
