Benjamin, “Ben” provided excellent care to my mom while she was in the CVICU. Being in the ICU is scary and she was confused following a mini-stroke. Ben checked on her constantly and seemed genuinely concerned about her well-being and needs. He went so far as to walk her to the bathroom, call in her meals respond quickly and be friendly to every question, walk her down to her CT scan, and even tried to find her favorite show to watch on TV. We have been frequent flyers to the hospital lately and Ben was exceptional. We were so excited he was working again the next day. Ben is in the right profession and has a long career ahead of him.
