Kaitlyn took very good care of my sister a few weeks ago. The emergency room was very busy and Kaitlyn was busy herself, however, she still went above and beyond to ensure my sister was taken care of. We had been waiting in the emergency room that night for maybe 30-40 minutes but once we were sent to the back, we received exceptional care from our Nurse. Her work did not go unnoticed. From assessing my sister and asking reasonable questions, questions that may have seemed big to us, but small to someone else, she still assured us and helped us understand what was going on.

If she couldn't give us a correct answer she would send the attending doctor in. My sister was in pain throughout the stay and Kaitlyn had no problem getting her something to either ease the pain or calm her down. Kaitlyn was very sweet, and respectful, and she claimed she hadn't even been at Glenwood very long, which I could not believe. I wish all Nurses were like her. You can tell who does the job because they care and Kaitlyn truly cares for her patients. Thank you, Kaitlyn.
