I wanted to start by saying this Kaiser has amazing staff, from the people who check you in to the amazing nurses we had. I unfortunately got to meet Erika in L&D on a very sad day of my life. I was admitted to the hospital a couple of days before due to my illness of high blood pressure in pregnancy.

One day, a great nurse in Postpartum and two doctors determined that my sweet angel baby M no longer had a heartbeat. I was devastated, to say the least. We had good nurses the first day and night, but when this nurse came in the morning, she made my horrible nighttime a little more bearable. The amount of knowledge she had was amazing. You don't know what mountain moved when we got her. She made us feel like family, which was exactly what we needed at the moment.

After my sweet angel was born, she helped my husband bathe our baby including him helping her make modelings and picture stamps of his feet and hands which is something we will never forget. It hurts so much to write this, but she deserves this and so much more. If you get to read this, Erika, you are a god-sent angel. Keep doing the amazing work you do. Although I hope no one ever has to meet you in circumstances like mine, I know if they had you by their side, it would be the best. Thank you so very much.
