I would like to thank him for his brilliant and compassionate attitude and hard work. His professional way of communication and performance are extremely impressive. His way of making his colleagues comfortable and leading a successful team is the result of his dedication and sincerity. Mr. Dane is a Registered Nurse in the ICU with an experience of more than ten years. In addition to the ICU clinical aspect, he is performing an excellent job in meeting the infection control link tasks and the duties of a qualified Preceptor. Working with him during a shift is so comfortable, even if the unit is busy, as he will coordinate the duties in a well systematic approach. I would say Mr. Dane is an all-rounder, as he is perfect in the roles of a Team leader, Preceptor, Infection control Link Nurse and as a dedicated bedside ICU Nurse, which can be a role model for all the new joining staff members. He also won the first prize for a PDSA presentation. His way of caring Critical care patients in ICU is well organized and he have a unique time management quality.

Mr. Dane is compassionate, understanding, and able to relate to his patients on an emotional level. He is very well aware of his patient's mental and physical requirements and continuously offers assistance and consolation. His communication with patients, doctors, and colleagues is absolutely commendable.
