Kristi took exceptional care of my 15-month-old son while he was admitted for RSV. She pays attention to every detail and would notice even the slightest change in his breathing. She would offer all medications including PRN meds every time they were available. She also responded promptly to every pulse ox and IV alarm. On top of everything else, she also got me extra pillows to help prop up my pregnant body.
