Diane was wonderful! My mother, my sister, and I were assured, comforted, and grateful for the care Diane gave to us and to my dad during his brief time in home hospice. Diane was responsive, professional, and thorough in explaining the medications we would be giving to my dad, the end-of-life stages, and anything else that came up. She was compassionate and caring, talking to my dad to explain what was happening and treating him gently and carefully. She listened patiently to all of our concerns and answered all of our questions.

In particular, on a day when schools, government offices, and other businesses were closed due to cold and extremely hazardous icy conditions, she arrived at our home to help us through one of the last stages of my dad's end of life. When my dad passed away the next morning, shortly after Diane had left, she came right back and helped ready my dad for the trip to the crematorium. In my mom's words, "Diane was wonderful!"
