I am a 63-year-old lady with fibromyalgia and a multitude of other health problems, and I am disabled. When I am seeking help of some sort, when no one else listens, Michelle does. She has seen firsthand how much people can be different, and boy, can I be different. What works for most normally doesn't work for me, and no one listens but her. Michelle has the kindest heart, makes me feel heard, and has even managed to meet me while I was at my doctor's appointment. That is all most people with medical issues really want: someone who listens and hears what the patient is saying. To give us other ideas or help us form the right questions. She has even gone above and beyond the call of duty and got me an appointment a month or more sooner than I can get on my own. I can truly say Michelle is the patient's best friend.
