When I was admitted to labor and delivery, everything was very normal, but as soon as labor started, I got very nervous; Cyndi started to make me talk and ask me about my family to make me think about nice things and distract me. At the moment of crisis, I started to cry from the pain just before they gave me anesthesia and Cyndi very tenderly started to stroke my hair and head. That moment was something that completely surprised me, it gave me comfort without being part of her job, it was a completely human and very nice act. I have never had to receive such warm treatment in a hospital. I will never forget this beautiful person.
