When Claudia arrived, I asked her to teach us the cupping technique, and with great positivism and enthusiasm, she provided us with her help; she came into the room, picked up the baby, who was crying, and started to explain everything to us that she knew about breastfeeding. With ease, we watched how our baby drank in Claudia's arms, and she answered all our questions, explained to us in detail, and with a notable interest in us learning, and even made my wife laugh. Claudia recognized her work and her journey as a first-time mother and how it showed her strengths and fears. She taught me how to help my wife feed without a bottle. After one ounce, in less than 30 seconds, she burped the baby, wrapped him in sheets, and put him to sleep. She still stayed to explain to us everything we needed to know, answer our doubts, give strength and security to my son's mother, and all the time with a smile and the best disposition. Without a doubt, she is an important link and that keeps the hospital strong.
