Even though I was in the hospital, she gave us the trust and a very good welcome. As a patient, I was afraid of my procedure in the operating room, and her words, "I'll see her in a while. I'll wait for her," were very confident; she gave me trust. I knew that I would return; she was an excellent person, helpful and, very loving, attentive, as if a relative was taking care of me and not someone who was just there.
