Joclyn was amazing by being so helpful, and come to find out, she has been at Norton for only 4 months. We were shocked because she was so knowledgeable. She always wrote medication doses and times on the wipe-off board for us to see. That was a game-changer...Joclyn listened to our frustrations when there were numerous delays in surgery times. She also came quickly whenever we pushed the nurse button. She talked to our family like we were ALL family. So nice to us. Which, in turn, helped calm/uplift us while we were dealing with other patients. Her communication was superb. As a matter of fact, most people can learn from Joclyn's common sense approach to communication. Joclyn has a lot to offer this or any hospital and anyone who works alongside her. It was our privilege to have Joclyn as our nurse.
