Shannon is very professional and has a great sense of humor. Very good communicator regarding treatment plan. He would explain to my mom about her NG tube and why she couldn’t have unlimited water. He was very patient with my 90-year-old mom. He is very person-centered. His genuine and authentic disposition is so evident in how he displays care, concern, empathy & compassion for my mom.
