She had extraordinary behavior in saving my husband’s life. Carol noticed he was standing very wobbly and not knowing who he was rushed him into a room and began lifesaving measures for a transfusion related acute lung injury. Carol and the doctor explained to me that he needed a higher level of care and were placing him in the ICU. Her quick response and thinking made all the difference. She created an atmosphere of calm, trust, compassion & respect as she explained his diagnosis in a very professional manner & made sure he received the finest of care.
