She immediately transmitted to my brother a sense of calm, professional capacity, laced with sensibility, caring & compassion. She became an uplifting anchor, enabling my brother to begin and continue the process of comprehending, praying about & dealing with the full weight of his illness. Words become inadequate to quantify the magnitude of benefit to patients that such innate human kindness bestows. But once so definitely & efficiently established & demonstrated, it becomes a perpetual phenomenon difficult to fully describe, yet nevertheless very real.

Sonya and her staff provide the highest degree of care with empathy and love. So happy to see healthcare staff with such a care-do attitude and positive caring.
