Christy is an incredible asset to our team on 5 West. She continually impresses me with her dedication to her patients, giving quality care even in challenging situations. Christy has faithfully pushed through staffing struggles, high patient acuity, and nearly impossible workloads, always doing her best to keep our patients safe and well cared for. Christy has stepped up for her teammates, training new hires and serving in the charge nurse role. She is a significant part of the growth and success our team has experienced over the last year, and I am so thankful for her presence.
