My 6-month-old was life flighted here from Billings, MT. Ryan instantly took action to tending to my crying infant who has been miserable for days. Ryan attempted to take every discomfort that my son had & try to fix it. My baby was barely sleeping because of the amount of pain he was in. Ryan would hold my baby & bounce him until he would fall asleep so that he could get some rest. He treated him as if this was his baby. Not only did he take care of my baby, but he took care of me. I was here by myself as my husband was driving from Montana. Ryan made sure not to forget that I was also here & going through this also. He was funny & caring & always trying to lighten the mood in these dark times. I was so happy knowing that my baby was in good hands. The cherry on top was when we came back this morning. Ryan had left us a note thanking us for letting him take care of our baby & that he hopes that all of our family can be reunited again back in Montana. I had really lost all hope that my son was going to be taken care of the way he should until we got here. The staff has been wonderful, but Ryan will always hold a special place in our hearts.
