Gabrielle was absolutely amazing to have. If we could have kept her, we would have. We had a very upsetting situation prior to her arrival, and she was a rockstar at coming in, de-escalating the situation, and gaining the trust of our daughter after the incident. She was kind, patient, and caring and made my daughter feel heard, as well as myself. She was great at leading our team and experienced through the night and being sure we had everything we needed.
