This nurse is truly compassionate, not only for her patients but also for the new nurses whom she precepts on our unit. We have brought many nurse residents over the past several years. The ones who precept with Ariana become strong, smart, competent, and compassionate nurses, and that has everything to do with the way Ariana treats them and teaches them. She cares deeply about the success of the new nurses on our unit. She goes above and beyond every day to make sure that they receive the highest level of education, patience, and empathy. We can say that our unit performs highly due to this. We appreciate Ariana every day and hope she knows what a fantastic job that she does.
