Our little girl was born at 35 weeks and 2 days via emergency C-section. She was in critical condition and our little girl was in for the fight of her life. To say the first 72 hours were some of the scariest, darkest and filled with a lot of unknowns would be an understatement. From the moment she arrived in the NICU, Amanda Erli took her under her wing and cared for her as if she was her own child. Her strength, skill and complete compassion for our daughter’s well being was always on the forefront. She was training a new nurse (who was also wonderful), throughout her time spent with our daughter and she always remained so calm, educating her and teaching her even when the status of our daughter was so critical. Amanda truly shined and we couldn’t be more grateful to have had her as one of my daughter’s heroes. Thank you Amanda for your excellence and compassion.
