Wow!!! Ms. Badil has gone over and beyond. Not only is she a skilled and knowledgeable nurse, but she’s also very compassionate when it comes to her patients. Ms. Badil listens to her patients and their families. Nikki (Shaneque) is a team player, who’s willing to assist her co-workers often. My family and I have visited my mom off and on for some time now in ICU, and Nikki has always put us at ease when leaving our loved one in her care. This young lady is definitely a gem and an excellent addition to the Cleveland Clinic family. Never having had major surgery, I was somewhat fearful and feeling so alone without my husband, my rock, whom I lost to cancer in 2021. Nikki came in like a ray of sunshine and boosted my mood, made me smile, and gave me the kindest, most tender care. She went above and beyond to provide me with anything she could to make me comfortable. Surgery isn’t pleasant, but Nikki actually made the aftercare a warm, caring experience. She is very special, indeed.
