I wanted to nominate Joseph for his calm and thorough demeanor. I was in the ER with a family member on a very very chaotic night. There was a lot of yelling going on in other areas and Joseph was so calm, knowledgeable, and caring. The family member I was with had a lot of anxiety and was not feeling great, hence why we were in the ER. Joseph definitely explained the process of what he would be doing from the vitals to when or what would happen if admitted. He was also very authentic and didn't try to make unnecessary chit-chat, which was much appreciated by myself and my relative. I have been in the ER before with this relative and at times it can feel chaotic or even like we are an afterthought. However, Joseph made sure that we knew what was wrong; he was to the point but also made us feel like we MATTERED. In a world where there is a lot of fluff and fake I felt a whole lot better that day knowing my loved one was in the hands of Joseph. Thank you for all you do to help save and make lives better in the world.
