Our nurse has provided immaculate care for my sister. Throughout her stay, our nurse has done everything in his power to communicate about her condition and would give updates to family members while also ensuring that only those with a certain password would be able to ask about her. Despite being extremely busy with her care, he would still find the time to call the family himself and give updates to us. Even though she was heavily sedated, her nurse would still communicate with my sister as to what he was working on so that she was not stressed or surprised. In addition to the big issues at play, he also paid attention to the smaller details and did his best to ensure her comfort as well as her overall well-being, such as providing her with blankets and covering her in specific ways that she liked. He paid attention to her body language that she was currently able to express and adjusted accordingly. His kindness, respect, and gentleness, yet determined and unwavering care, were not limited to his patients. As a frequent visitor, he never failed to ensure my comfort as well, asking if I had any questions or if I would like any coffee or water. All of our questions were answered in an easy-to-understand yet thorough manner. My sister is recovering quickly from her surgery thanks to the incredible care from her nurse as well as the whole team. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my big sister! I am so grateful for you and the work you have put in to ensure her recovery. None of us will ever forget your tenacity!
