Nurse Coordinator Kim truly is a gift and a great blessing to me. She has many times expressed that this is not just a job, but a calling and she loves what she is doing. Kim broke through cultural communication and barriers by reaching out to me through her patient, compassionate, and empathetic spirit. Coupled with this is her skilled nursing ability and goes the extra mile to get me the best medical help needed. Her dedication and commitment make her a bright shining star in her field. Here’s an example of Kim in action. I broke out with severe hives and difficulty in breathing. Kim advised me immediately to go to the ER department. She also called the ER to let them know what was happening so they could attend to me immediately. Her quick advice saved my life. I have many health challenges and at times feel so defeated but Kim is such an encouragement and gives me hope. She makes me feel like fighting and not giving up. My family and I are so grateful to Kim for her love and care.
