Having had the privilege of working closely with Jasmin for the past two years at San Leandro, I can attest to her exceptional capabilities as a nurse leader. For example, a few months ago our department secretary retired and many of us did not understand the amount of work she did and how it would affect our department.  Without hesitation or being asked, Jasmin stepped right in and began to pick up the pieces.  She took it upon herself to sit with the secretary prior to her last day to absorb as much information as she could.  Because of Jasmin, we were able to continue to get the supplies we needed to ensure uninterrupted operations within our department and continue providing safe patient care. She did this for months until we hired a new department secretary and then she took the time to train the new person.  All this while still maintaining her responsibilities as an ANM. Her selflessness and commitment to excellence shine through in every task she undertakes, inspiring confidence and trust among her colleagues.

One of Jasmin’s most commendable attributes is her composed demeanor and resilience in high-pressure situations. She serves as a beacon of professionalism and compassion, consistently advocating for patients' rights and fostering a culture of excellence within our organization.
