Jeanette Richards is probably the best boss I have ever had. She has compassion, determination, empathy, great communication, is very approachable, and many, many other great qualities. Jeanette is always very positive and motivating. Back in August 2022, we all started with the change assignment of starting a new unit. She took that challenging assignment and has made it a great experience. She has truly helped me grow as a nurse in so many ways. She has taught me so much since working beside her. When you work on 6-200, Jeanette treats you like you are working beside her as a team member and not under her like she is superior/better than her employees. A great leader inspires you to become better, and Jeanette does just that. She is always encouraging us to be better and do better. Jeanette is an example of a true leader!! I am so thankful that two years ago, she took a chance to hire me because she has greatly impacted my nursing career for the better. I am so thankful for her!!
