Nichole had excellent bedside manners! She was incredibly kind, well-spoken, and explained things well. She made sure we were taken care of the entire time. When my wife was receiving care, she spoke calmly and clearly to make sure she fully understood and to help ease her fears. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
