In her role as the inaugural Senior Director for Leadership Development at AONL, Beverly has truly been the heartbeat of our growth in nurturing nursing leaders. Infusing every initiative with thoughtfulness and a clear vision, Beverly brought to life an array of programs tailored to nurse leaders of all levels. Her commitment to developing and implementing programs focused on knowledge and skills in nursing leadership has not only contributed to the overall quality of education programs at AONL but was also a driving force behind the organization receiving the prestigious 2023 Premier Award from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Since 2012, under Beverly’s leadership, more than 50,000 individuals have engaged in the educational experiences AONL offers.
