Matt personified excellent service to his patients. From the time I arrived, he was attentive, engaging, and compassionate. I hope his outstanding skills are recognized and show he represents excellence in the spirit of Metro Health West. I experienced a DKA and couldn't go to the surgeon who performed carpal tunnel surgery. I enjoyed the conversations I had with Matt. He genuinely seemed to take an interest in me. I once again want to thank Matt for his kindness and recognize him for his outstanding service. Thank you Matt, and thank you for going beyond the call of duty and your commitment to excellence!
