Upon arrival to the outpatient unit, Ashley was the one to roll e to the operating room. She was a fresh, reassuring, smiling face. She made me feel like there was no doubt in trusting the process of surgery. She told me, "Although you don't do this every day, our team does, and I assure you that we are going to take great care of you." These were words of faith I clung to in my anxious state.

She reassured me, brought me warm blankets, helped me use the TV remote, and explained how to call the nurse. I felt so calm in her presence. She was very joyful, kind, caring, informative, compassionate, and a true light in my fear of surgery. I would like to wish her the best in life. I am honored to have met her.
