Rana's compassionate support and dedication during a challenging time left an indelible mark, and the family acknowledges her efforts with heartfelt appreciation.
Baby Z, born prematurely at 30+5 weeks, faced more health complications from the outset. The neonatology unit became a temporary home, and the nursing team, led by the compassionate Registered Nurse Rana, became a pillar of support for Baby's family.

As Baby Z's health declined, Rana transitioned to providing end-of-life care. Guiding the family with compassion through difficult conversations, addressing their concerns, and creating a support environment for the final moments became a testament to Rana's commitment to holistic care. Although Baby Z's time in the neonatology unit was brief, the impact of Rana's care endured. Despite the pain of loss, the family expressed gratitude for Rana's attentive and personalized care.

In appreciation of Rana's exceptional care, Baby Z's family wishes to extend their deepest gratitude and praise. Rana's compassionate support and dedication during a challenging time left an indelible mark, and the family acknowledges her efforts with heartfelt appreciation.
