I brought my mom in for memory issues originally in 2023. I was extremely upset and concerned with what my mom was going through and not understanding why. Christy immediately understood my emotions, talked to me about her own family experiences, empathized with me, and assured me that what I was feeling was completely normal and that I should not be so hard on myself. Her demeanor and voice are immediately comforting. She hugged me and told me to call if I ever had any questions or concerns. When I brought my mom back in June 2023 for cognitive testing, Christy’s bright smile welcomed us even though we were seeing a different doctor for testing, and she made sure to talk with us before we left. She is kind and makes a point to make my mom feel comfortable and not rush when visiting her. Today, we are here for a follow-up, and she greets us like she has known us for years. She always acts like she enjoys seeing us and chatting. I have also noticed that she makes other patients feel the same. I have overheard how she talks to other office staff, and she is always cheerful and full of joy. I am thankful that we are able to have her on our health journey.
