Our family was going through quite a time with our circumstances, and George's ability to connect and inform allowed for a less stressful experience.
George Roos stayed with the family and told us everything that he was doing for my brother. Thank you is not enough. Thank you, George Roos, for taking care of our big brother.

My son was in ICU for several days. George worked with him and helped the family to get him well enough to be moved to Moses Cone. George went out of his way to take care of my son. He answered all of our questions about what was happening. We were blessed to have him as our son's nurse. George was very personable and was able to connect with my family. He was informative above and beyond what I would expect and was very knowledgeable. He was overly accommodating. George was great with my father and family during his time in the ICU. He was patient and answered all our questions. He advocated for my father when he could not speak for himself. He made connections with our entire family and eased our minds. We knew he was being well cared for. He provided compassionate care at every point.
