Joshua Thompson was very attentive to us. He explained everything very thoroughly and made sure we understood what was going on. He took lots of time with us and never rushed us or made us feel like we were being rushed. He took time to chat with us and spent time getting to know us.
I brought my daughter to the emergency room with a 105-degree fever, and she was immediately taken care of by Josh. He was very compassionate, professional, and funny. That makes it easy for a child especially when it was a scary moment for her. He is a wonderful nurse. He is kind and a wonderful human being. I appreciate all his work. We had a wonderful experience, and we thank him for his words and all the good work.
