I have the honor of working with Shawna at the Stow Emergency Department and am continually impressed by her willingness to help patients and her coworkers. Shawna is one of the NPs in the department and is a solid member of the team. She aims to see as many patients as possible while providing quick and necessary care for each one. Shawna is always willing to lend a helping hand to the other staff members and has even supported an elderly patient during a straight catheterization.

At Stow ED, we always know that it is going to be a good day whenever Shawna walks in. No matter how busy the department is or what other challenges present themselves, I can count on Shawna to trust our nursing judgments, advocate for the well-being of her patients, and exercise appropriate and individualized care for each patient.
