No matter the challenge, she is always willing to step up to the plate. Beth is a true asset to our clinic, and we could not ask for a better team member.
If you look up the definition of a "nurse," Beth’s name should appear. Beth has a positive impact on the patients in our clinic as well as her peers. She treats every patient who comes through the door as if they were her family. She always greets them with a smile on her face and goes above and beyond to make sure their every need is met. She has a heart of gold and does not rest until all the work is completed daily. If she is not caring for our patients, she is studying to keep up with the current everyday changes in the evolving world of our practice. No matter the challenge, she is always willing to step up to the plate. Beth is a true asset to our clinic, and we could not ask for a better team member.
One particular incident I remember very well is when we had a patient from the clinic who was recently diagnosed with cancer and was having a difficult time understanding the diagnosis. She made multiple follow up calls to assure all the questions were answered to the best of her ability. In one of those calls, she learned that he did not have any family and relied on friends to transport him to appointments. She arranged for the patient to get assistance from one of the organizations the PCH has to offer to ensure he made the long journey to his next appointment without any expense to him. She works behind the scenes to avoid recognition. I want her to know her peers notice her hard work and dedication daily. We are honored to have her on our team.
