Today, Sarah displayed exemplary care to the husband of one of our high-risk patients. She triaged the patient when he stated he had chest pain and shortness of breath. Sarah's quick actions and response were what made the difference in this clinic emergency. She not only effectively triaged the patient, she made him feel cared for and even personally wheeled him down to the emergency room. Sometimes as nurses on the floor we get busy and wrapped up in our day, however Sarah dropped what she was doing and helped this patient out with the most care and smile on her face. Dropping everything that she was doing at that moment is what teamwork is all about, and she demonstrated that. Thank you, Sarah.
