My daughter had surgery and was admitted later that day. I stayed with her during her entire stay as the pain was intense and she was not very mobile. We had two very good nurses during our stay, but Luis Munoz Bustamante rose to the top. He is a "cream of the crop" caregiver. He was kind, compassionate and empathetic. No matter the situation, he took care of it with style and grace. My daughter described him as stellar and his concern for her was evident at all times. Luis was communicative about everything, attentive to all our needs, respectful always and a joy to be around. He is absolutely the kind of nurse BSA should desire all their nurses to be. He is a rock star! I thank you Luis for making our time in the hospital not just bearable but pleasant.
