Ms. Cromer has been seen multiple times by me and other staff to go above and beyond her role. Just yesterday, she placed an NG tube for a busy staff member. Last week, I entered a room where she was feeding a patient who had been eating poorly. Prior to this, while she was assessing a patient's wound, he was noted to be soiled, and Ms. Cromer helped staff clean this patient and change the dressings. There have also been multiple times she has helped staff reposition patients for comfort as well. She is a help to staff as well as truly caring for her patients.
