I have personally observed Mr. Campbell greeting and addressing every single resident in our unit, even those who are comatose and unable to interact.
Mr. Campbell is one of the hardest-working nurses I've ever met. I was Mr. Campbell's nurse manager from September 2022 to January 2023. He takes such pride in his work and always goes out of his way to make sure that every single resident on the unit is taken care of. He has excellent communication skills with residents and their family members, as well as other members of the interdisciplinary team.
I have personally observed Mr. Campbell greeting and addressing every single resident in our unit, even those who are comatose and unable to interact. His compassion and enthusiasm for the profession of nursing is unmatched. He facilitates an environment of professionalism and caring amongst the other staff members. He always goes out of his way to help his coworkers when they need assistance. He goes above and beyond to make sure all documentation is completed. Despite the almost daily staffing challenges on the unit, and despite my telling him that he doesn't have to, Mr. Campbell still makes sure that everything is complete. I feel confident that any day Mr. Campbell is working, both the staff and the residents will be taken care of, and the unit will function at its highest potential. Every single person at Rutland Nursing Home knows of Mr. Campbell, and I am confident in saying that they would definitely agree with my opinion of him.
