Ron's smile, positive energy and calm, professional stance made a huge difference in his recovery.
Our son came to an emergency room unresponsive, barely breathing. He was intubated, and we had no idea what was happening, how big was the damage to his body and if he would wake up from a coma. After he was stabilized, he was moved to the ICU room. Ron was exceptional! He was always there, answering every question and running to the room every time we were freaking out about blood pressure drops and machines beeping non stop. This was such a scary moment for us, and Ron kept it with professionalism and humor. The combination of these qualities kept us sane and gave us hope. As a mom afraid of losing her child, I was unbearable. I kept asking questions and double-checking everything that was done to our son. Ron was always ready to answer any question we had. He was always around. He has the patience of an angel! When our son woke up, Ron was there for him, keeping his spirits up. He was so gentle! When it was time for his belly shot to prevent blood clots, Ron had some trick up to his sleeve, and it did not hurt at all. We always felt that our son's life was in good hands. Most importantly, our son felt safe and calm with him. After waking up from a coma, our son's brain was not working to its full potential. He was emotional and confused. Ron's smile, positive energy and calm, professional stance made a huge difference in his recovery. The intubation was removed on the same day, and we were out of ICU the next day. It is a real miracle recovery and we give it to such amazing care that our son received from Ron! Thank you, Ron, from the bottom of our hearts! Words cannot describe how grateful we are!!
