This nurse genuinely loves what she does, and her enthusiasm for educating others in a way that makes them feel accomplished and competent shows. The way she interacts with patients and their families is to be commended. We felt comfortable with her presence and at ease, knowing we would get straightforward answers to our questions and concerns. She is a compassionate leader in this hospital. She treated our mother with dignity and respect. She always announced herself and told Mom what she was going to do before she touched her. She did everything in her power to make her feel comfortable and pain-free. She devoted extra time, away from patients, to care for our family's emotional needs. You could really tell the entire staff cared about my mother and our family. They recognized how much she was loved. So, thank you, you are truly a blessing.
