I would like to thank Amanda Morrison for ensuring that my intellectually disabled sister without sight had a smooth and successful transition from the emergency room to the intermediate care unit. She continued to exhibit passion and patience with the greatest of ease as a full-time caregiver. She stayed with my sister during her four-day hospital stay and helped us breathe a sigh of relief for the first time. She removed all doubt and stress as she meticulously cared and watched over my sister as if she was her very own family member. I never had to inquire about anything because she kept my sister and I informed. Although my sister couldn’t understand everything due to her disability, Mrs. Morrison communicated respectfully with my sister as if she was a human being. She went beyond the call of duty by addressing all of our concerns instead of placing them on the back burner or passing them on to the next shift. With her huge heart of gold, she is definitely in the correct field of work! Again thanks for doing an outstanding job that filled our hearts with warmth and placed a smile on our faces!
