I want to start by saying everyone was so nice and took great care of me.

When Tianna Erickson came in she immediately changed her name on my message board so I could remember it.

She told me when she was coming back so I knew when to expect her. She had a nurse student with her and took her time educating both of us. Wonderful teacher.
When I called on my button, she answered so fast too.

She went over my discharge instructions in so much detail and I had a lot of new medicine and she told me what they were for and the things to watch out for with them, like bleeding and dizziness.

She was calm and confident.

She was gentle and thorough.

She was exceptional and I want to recognize this amazing nurse.

Her patients are lucky to have her. So is Kaiser.

Thank you for letting her take care of me.

I had a fantastic stay.
