Ms. Bills always does a magnificent and thorough job. She's very patient and attentive. My husband was here for ten days back in October and was released on his birthday. He spoke very highly of Ms. Bills and called her his second wife because she reminds him of how I'm always taking care of him. He's often reminded of how he was having a really bad day, and they had to call a rapid response on him. After things were over, it was time for her shift to end, but she refused to leave him until she knew he was stable and felt better. She went above and beyond her duties and is always a model nurse. I work with Ms. Bills on a weekly basis, and she always gives exemplary service not only to her patients but also to her fellow coworkers whenever they need her. Ms. Bills deserves recognition for her extraordinary service!!!

There was a patient admitted to 2S-MED/SURG with ETOH W/D - the patient went into full-blown DTs and began having seizures. Even though this was not Ms. Bills's patient, she quickly attended to him and got him to the ICU in a matter of minutes. It is this type of Critical Thinking and quick response action that improves patient outcomes.
