ED team at RWC is unfortunately one I’ve become accustomed to while battling abdominal migraines that keep me vomiting nonstop for days. Every time I arrive, I’m treated with respect and care. The first 3rd time I arrived at RWC a nurse of about 25 years a female nurse named Tiffany Nguyen gave me outstanding care. On the first visit, Tiffany was extremely attentive to detail and hygiene. As a nurse myself I was impressed at how thorough she was and how she explained her steps to give me comfort. She did a truly excellent job informing me of the plan and most importantly when she would reassess me. I’m a Kaiser employee myself and I drive to the location closest to my home without people I know knowing that the providers and nurses at RWC always treat me with respect and care. I’d love to nominate Tiffany Nguyen individually because she exemplifies a caring and compassionate nurse. Tiffany connected with my partner to inform him what would be happening and collaborated with her team respectfully. She’d be a great preceptor because you can tell she guides her practice with thoughtfulness and intention. Thank you!
